I ordered a dress from J. Brooks and was a little unsure about the sizing, but the size chart was completely accurate. I’m usually a medium, so I went with a medium, and it fit perfectly. No awkward tightness in the waist or arms, and it was really comfortable overall. I didn’t have to deal with a return or exchange, which almost never happens for me. Definitely made me feel more confident ordering from them again.

"Their socials feel inactive"
I checked out their social media before buying, it barely looked like anyone was engaging with their posts. It made the whole place feel kind of dead, which is a little concerning. This seems preventable too, since staying active and responding to people would probably make a big difference. I’d be hesitant to buy here based on that.

My order showed up with everything correct, including the sizes and colors, which was what I was hoping for. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it matched my expectations and I’m happy with the purchase. I’d order again.

"Cute store, but a little unclear at times"
I stopped in the vibe was really nice. The store was clean, calm, and not packed, which made it easy to just browse without feeling rushed.

The staff was friendly and didn’t hover, which I appreciated, but I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear, like where certain things were or how a few items were priced. Still, it was a comfy little spot and I’d probably go back.

"Checkout total caught my attention"
The order itself was fine, honestly. I didn’t pay too much attention to every little detail because everything else seemed normal, but the billing total jumped out at me since it didn’t match what I thought I saw at checkout. It wasn’t a huge difference, just enough to make me stop and try to figure it out. Customer service explained it after I reached out, which helped, but I wish that part had been clearer before I paid. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little frustrating.

I like the rewards program overall. The points show up after my orders and it’s nice to have a little discount toward my next purchase. It was a bit confusing at first and took me a minute to figure out, but now that I understand how it works, I’ll definitely keep using it.

I checked out jbrooksboutique.com because they had a promo going, and I was hoping for a better deal. The discount did help a little, but some of the items still felt kind of pricey even after the code. Maybe I’m just being picky, though. The code worked fine at checkout, so no issues there. I’d probably consider shopping there again if they had a bigger sale next time.

i had a question about my order and wasn’t expecting a fast reply, but they got back to me quickly. the person i talked to was nice and actually answered my question instead of giving some generic response. my issue got sorted without a bunch of back and forth, which i really appreciated. overall, good customer service and easy to deal with. i’d order again.

I ordered a dress from jbrooksboutique.com, and overall the listing was mostly right, but not completely. I liked the style, but there were a couple things that made me go, wait, really??
The color looked a bit different in person than it did online, and the fabric felt thinner than I thought it would based on the description. The sizing info was decent though, and the dress fit close to what I expected.
It wasn’t a bad purchase, just kind of confusing in a few spots. I wish the product details had been a little clearer so I knew exactly what I was getting before ordering.

They do have some really cute pieces, and the overall style is nice—kind of trendy without trying too hard. I don’t know, maybe I was just expecting more, but I felt like the selection was a bit limited, especially when it came to sizes. It’s not bad at all, and I’d probably still check back, but I just didn’t feel totally wowed this time...

I wasn’t expecting the packaging to be anything special, but my order showed up looking so nicely put together. Everything was neat, secure, and totally undamaged. It felt like someone actually took the time to pack it with care, which made opening it feel like a little treat.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered a top from jbrooksboutique.com and was pleasantly surprised. The fabric feels really nice and doesn’t have that cheap feel at all, and the stitching looked good too. I took off one star because the color was slightly different in person, but it’s still super cute and I’m happy with it overall

"Decent setup, but the service was frustrating"
The event setup itself was okay once everything finally arrived, and a few of the items were better than I expected. But the order was late, and getting help was a hassle. I reached out a couple of times and didn’t really feel like anyone was taking it seriously. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but the poor communication made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be.
